Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Transmission slipping,started as slipping at shift points when cold progressed to slipping anytime at shift points and when engaged in a gear.happens more when engine at operating temperature in bumper to bumper traffic or under strain such as uphill driving,been to dealership 6 times over 1 1/2 years no work done to transmission,repeted claims of unable to recreate problem, personaly went on test drive with service manager,he drove ant experinced problem claimed problem to be from over heating replaced radiator thermostat diregarded fact problem happening more than a year with cold engine, no transmission work done.still slipping returned back to dealership still no work done but confirmed problem with abs brakes would not repair. contacted chryslerfor help dealership lied stating unable to recreate either problem. chrysler not helping. *ak |
