| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Upholstery fabric is highly susceptible to staining!!! it does not clean when shampooed. even rain drops stain the fabric. i have shampooed and even had the fabric scotch-guarded on 4 separate occasions, yet it still stains, even by rain drops. i have complained to the dealers service department but to no avail. i won't purchase another jeep due to this frustration. i take pride in keeping my vehicle clean and like new. i am very embarrassed to have passengers ride in my jeep. it gives them a bad impression of me as well as chrysler! i really regret purchasing this jeep. *tr |
