| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2000 ford taurus. while he sat in the driveway, he heard a loud explosive sound. he noticed the driver front coil spring broke and punctured the tire. the front tires were repaired as part of a recall. approximately two years later, both rear coil springs broke, however they did not puncture the tires. as of august 1, 2007, the rear coil springs were being repaired. the failure mileage was 65,000 and the current mileage was 101,000. updated 02-01-08. *kb |
