Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2004 nissan armada. while driving 40 mph, the vehicle took a long time to stop when the brakes were applied. the vehicle felt as if it were misaligned when attempting to stop. the contact took the vehicle to a local dealer and they acknowledged the failure with the brake system, but were unable to determine the cause of failure. she later returned to the dealer and they placed a kit on the brake system. one year later, the brakes began making a loud grinding noise and the vehicle became difficult to stop. the dealer repaired the vehicle again, however, the contact still had to apply pressure to the brakes at least four times in order to stop the vehicle. there were no warning lights present. the manufacturer is conducting an investigation. the current mileage was 30,000 and failure mileage was 3,500. |
