| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a constant problem with the steering column on my 2003 chevy silverado 1500 z71. it is alway vibrating and cluncking. i bring it into for service and after about 4-6 months i am in there again for the same problem. the service dept. stated they are aware of problem but have no fix but to grease part. unacceptable. how can you know of a bad part and charge customer to temporarily fix problem. wonder what else all that rattling around messed up under there. *tr |
