| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The front drivers side coil spring fracutured and caused the plastic stabilizer arm to break. the stabilizer arm then cut into the tire. ford replaced the coil and arm under my extended coverage plan but refused to change the tire. this happened while pulling out of the driveway in a snow storm and the car was backed into the driveway and towed via a flatbed to the dealer. i am convinced that if it had happened at highway speed the tire would have blown and it would have caused much bigger problems. *nm |
