| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact complained about increased stopping distance and inappropriate activation of the abs brakes at low speeds which resulted in the vehicle striking a garage door with minor damage to the vehicle. there was nhtsa recall campaign 05v379000 regarding the abs brakes. the vehicle had the same problems as indicated in the recall; however it was not included in the recall due to the vin. there were no injuries, and police report was required. the dealer repaired the vehicle as instructed in the recall. *ak updated 01/25/06. *jb |
