| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: evenflo titan model # 3661, dom 09/02/2003. the contact stated the overhead shield assembly of the forward facing child safety seat has two plastic clips. the first clip broke off and the second cracked. the shield assembly has a protective shell padding that also came loose and will not stay fastened. the manufactured was contacted and suggested this type of failure was due to a crash or excessive force. the child safety seat has not been involved in a crash. *ak updated 1/25/2006 - *nm |
