| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Called to perform car seat check, the seat was an infant carrier with base system. dorel comfort model #22-630-(mic or mcc), manufacture date 7/25/05. this seat could not be installed with or with out the base in a 2002 toyota camry. unable to get base to sit flat on seat, when belt tight the base only touches seat at seat bight and recline adjustor foot. 45 degree angle unattainable. seat can not be installed without base due to large gap due to slope inset for base. suggested client return seat to store and purchase a different one. *nm |
