| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We own a britax roundabout convertible child restraint. we have not had any accidents involving this seat, but i'm afraid it might fail if we do. where the car seat belt passes through the restraint's forward facing red seat-belt lock off, it doesn't seem to stay locked. our other seat is a britax marathon which has a different type of lock, which never comes unlocked. this just seems like something that should be investigated. maybe it is just a defect in our restraint, but one defect is too many. thanks, [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).' *pm |
