| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: **model# 317157p1* evenflo embrace ** this is my second car seat (same model number) that has malfunctioned the exact same way. this is also my second complaint! the first car seat was replaced by evenflo with the same exact type of car seat. the handle on the infant carrier wears out quickly. there are "pins" that are supposed to keep the handle from sliping out of the locked position. these "pins" pop out of the holes they are supposed to lock into and it causes the handle to move and the infant seat to fall/slip forwardeven if my baby is not in the seat. *nm |
