Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have had my abs pump replaced 4 times under the recall. most of the time the filter also must be replaced. we have spent almost $500 on this related repair. when i called the customer assistance line i was told they had a "commitment not to assist" and that "they will not help". this is completely unacceptable. to not provide any recourse on this is pathetic. in addition to costing us additional money, this failure has put me and my family at risk. the last time it failed, i cracked a bone in my foot because i had to hit the brakes so hard. to treat a customer like this is completely unacceptable. *jb |
