| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated there was a recall #04v176000 on the automatic transmission for the vehicle. after the recall repair was performed the transmission began making a howling noise and has not been fuctioning properly. the noise was coming from the transfer case. this happened at various speeds and increased with rpm's. the vehicle was taken to the dealership on three occasions and the problem has not been remedied. the manufacturer has not been contacted. |
