| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The previous recall for ball joints did not include this vehicle which is a 1999 durango, i had to pay out of pocket to have them replace ball joints in november 2004. when i recently had my vehicle looked over by the dealer, i was told that i need new ball joints again. i don't think i should have been excluded from the initial ball joint recall. obviously my vehicle was showing qualifications.*ak |
