| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Headlights stopped working on 2004 chrysler pacifica , and the 2005 pacifica was recalled for the same problem. but, the dealer said this vehicle was not covered under the recall because a different part was replaced. also, model year was not part of the recall. the headlights would not work. luckily, i was at home when the problem occurred. it appeared that this problem was related to the one mentioned in the recall and i should not have to pay for the repairs. *ak |
