| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2000 honda accord ex v6 battery finally died on 01/30/2006. a new battery was replaced the same day and now the srs light stays on and won't go away. i contacted a local honda dealership and they want to charge me $90 just for diagnostic and the cost of repair. i searched on the internet and realized that is a common problem with many honda and acura car models after any power related issue. as proclaimed reliable car company, i wanted to know why honda won't admit they have a problem and voluntarily have dealership fix it free of charge for the customers. i will be one of the customer gives serious thought on any future honda purchases. *jb |
