| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2006 chrysler pacifica with 1650 miles stalled making a left turn at a very low speed. there was no warning the vehicle was about to stall. i had just come off a major highway where i was traveling approximately 50-60 mph for about 10 miles. i exited the highway and slowed to about 3 mph, when i let off the brake to make a left turn, the steering while tightened up and my dash lights came on. i put the car in neutral, it started right up and did not stall the remainder of the trip. it was 60 degrees outside and sunny, and i had more than 3/4 of a tank of 89 octane gas. vehicle was manufactured 9/05. this is the same problem that many people have reported with 2004 and 2005 model year pacificas. this is an extremely serious safety issue that obviously chrysler hasn't resolved. *nm |
