Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I just bought a brand new 2006 infiniti m35 on october of 2005 from miller ifiniti in the city of van nuys ca. i barely have 3 months with this car and the brakes are already squeaking. i called the service department and spoke to carl miller (manager of the service department) and advised in detail of the "squeaking problem of my vehicle" he literally told me "quote on quote" to get on the freeway and on the way out of the exit to brake really hard - that would supposedly fixed the problem. i said no, i told him that i was going to take my car in for him to check it, then he said, that it would not matter because, he would tell me the same thing once i got there (basically, send me back home). the brakes are squeaking really bad to be such a new car. i refuse to put myself or my family in danger following the procedures given from carl miller (service manager). i seriously think, there is something wrong with the brakes/discs of this models (i believe that this is a safety issue that should be resolved right away). according to carl miller this is normal protocol for such problems. i refuse to believe that infinti supposedly a luxury brand expects the customer to do this horrendous procedure due to their poorly made vehicles (poor engineering). if this problem is not resolved, i will never again buy from infiniti. in the future i look forward to lexus and acura real luxury vehicles. *jb
