| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This 2005 expedition has only 15k miles the transmission was slipping really hard i had to drive it to the dealer in gear 2. once i arrived they told me it would take two weeks for them just to even look at it(only one trans tech) i called and found a dealer who could fix it faster. i tried to call ford corp to see if they would tow my suv 30-40 miles, but they told me they don't do dealer to dealer tows. i will never buy a ford again, thank you for helping a customer im only 28 years old and this is my 5th and last ford vehicle. *nm |
