| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact owns a 2005 mazda 6. while driving 25 mph in normal conditions, the left frontal side curtain airbags deployed without incident. the airbag light did not illuminate at any time. there was no crash or obvious road hazard. the contact was wearing a seatbelt, but sustained minor injuries as a result of the airbag deployment. the police were contacted and a report was taken. the vehicle was towed to the dealership for further inspection. *ak the dealership discovered a hole in the plastic cover in the front of the undercarriage, there were also small scratcheson the drivers side rail frame. the impact was most likely from 2 weeks prior. updated 03/03/06. *jb |
