| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact owns a 2004 moto guzzi california stone motorcycle. after being notified by the dealership about an ongoing issue with structural cracks along the steering stem of the motorcycle, the contact detected several small structural fractures along the shaft of the steering stem. the motorcycle was taken to the dealer for further inspection. the dealer was aware of the problem and was working with the manufacturer in order to remedy the ongoing problem with the motorcycle. the dealer replaced the steering stem with a replacement from the manufacturer. *ak |
