| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I recently purchased a 2006 mustang and on the two occasions i have had to put gas in the tank, both times prior to the pump discharge shutting off, fuel has spewed out of the filler neck and down the side of the car. i have used two different stations with the same results. i also talked to a coworker who owns a 2005 mustang and he has the same problem, and only avoids the problem by putting in a few dollars worth of gas at a time. never filling up. i'm worried that my daughter who frequently drives the car, could be placed in a bad situation should a fire break out. especially when it gets warmer outside. *nm |
