| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The shoulder harness was not engaged in the metal holder (on the back side of the seat) when i went to remove my child from his car seat. there is no safety measures in place to prevent this from occurring, the straps do not have anything in place to stop them from coming out of the metal holder, they can slide right out. when i looked at the back of the car seat the shoulder harness strap was completely out of the metal holder. had we been in an auto accident my child could have been easily ejected from his seat. *jb |
