| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving at 10 mph and turning the steering wheel had excessive play and shuttering. there is a nhtsa recall, #04v386000 concerning the power assist; hoses, piping and connections however the recall did not correct the problem. the vehicle is having the same problem again. the dealer has been notified. the dealer also replaced the power steering pump, the cooler, and the rack unit. the vehicle has not been repaired. |
