| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I reference claim odi#10116796. i am having this same problem. my tires are rubbing on my front strut." my wife suffered a blowout on the front passenger tire. when i pulled the tire off, you could plainly see where the paint was rubbed off the strut. i then examined the tire and noticed the inner sidewall was slashed, as if by a knife, due to the strut rubbing against it. this is completely unsafe and needs to be rectified immediately! so far, my attempts at having the dealer correct the issue have been shrugged off. *jb |
