| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated the engine was making a clicking noise. the vehicle was taken to the dealership. the dealership determined there was sludge in the oil because of irregular maintenance. therefore, the engine needs to be replaced. while there is not currently a problem with the fuel pump, there is a nhtsa recall, # 03v443000, regarding the fuel pump. however, the vehicle is not included due to the vin. the contact is concerned the fuel pump recall may be related in some way to the sludge build up problem. |
