| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am concerned about a problem with the 2006 pontiac solstice that might lead to injury in an accident. the seat back release lever is located in such a way that when the seat is all the way back and reclined as far as it will go the lever touches the plastic back wall of the car and mine is already starting to wear a hole in the plastic. if this proceeds and wears a hole in an accident it may be possible for the seat back release to catch and cause the seat to release when the driver or passenger is thrown forward. thank you for your time and i just thought this was something that should be brought to someone's attention. *jb |
