| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We own a new "aura select travel system" by evenflo. this unit is an accident waiting to happen! the problem with this "all in one" unit is that the baby carrier will only latch about 40% of the time when placed on the car seat attachment. it leaves parents in an odd position when securing the car seat....you must pull up violently on the carrier to ensure it latched properly, all the while scaring the crap out of our infant! this carrier also will not latch on to the stroller properly! please, please, please look into this....this is an accident waiting to happen ! ! ! *nm |
