| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Rear hatch latch, subject of a previous safety recall is failing. when the open button is pushed, the latch opens part way and remains like that. dealer wants hundreds of dollars to repair it. i have not authorized that repair since i believe as a previously defective and recalled part, it should be repaired at no cost to me. *nm |
