| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The srs light turned on by itself and remains on. i have 80k miles on the car. i researched many sites and noticed that this is a very common problem and most of them have not got a satisfactory fix. i contacted the dealer and they mentioned $99 just to diagnose. i then sent a fax to american honda requesting them details of previous occurrence and number of complaints. they declined to provide me the number of official complaints they have received and said they will not help me and i would have to deal it with the dealers. they also mentioned that the complaints in the internet may be bogus. *nm |
