| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact owns a cosco child safety seat, model 02-114-env and it was manufactured 05/28/2002. a fracture was noticed in the shield assembly of the child safety seat yesterday while putting the child in the seat. the fracture goes completely around the arm of the assembly. the manufacturer has not been alerted, but the child safety seat will have to be replaced. |
