| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact owns a graco child safety seat. the model is a snug ride and the date of manufacturer is may 11, 2004. the model number is: 7340ssr. while carrying the child in the safety seat to the vehicle, the handle on the child safety seat came unlocked. the handle flipped from being in front of the baby to being behind the baby's head, towards the sun visor on the child safety seat. as a result the baby fell out of the child seat, serious injuries were sustained due to the baby's head hitting the concrete. the baby's skull was fractured in two places and had to be hospitalized. the manufacturer has been notified. *ak |
