Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I own a 2004 toyota sienna le awd. i was always under the assumption that i was driving a "safe car". however, i found out that the tires they use on this model are far from being safe. i have 37000 miles on my vehicle, have done services as well as oil changes and not once has anyone ever said anything about the tires needing to be changed. i even asked toyota and they told me that i was good to go and they would last a long time. it makes me angry that i have been driving a vehicle with tires that have so many problems. bridgestone b380. run flat tires. but not only was i never told about this problem, they have told me that they can not put regular tires on the car without changing rims. i think toyota is covering up and it is upsetting to me to read so many accounts of problems with this particular tire. luckily for me, i was alerted and i checked my tires which has led me to put new tires on the van. they are still the same tires as came with the van because of what i was told. it is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt because of this. *nm
