Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While installing an evenflo express 5 point harness booster seat, it was necessary to change the shoulder strap position to the top most position. first, it was extremely difficult to remove the harness anchor from the lower position. secondly, securing the harness anchor into the upper slot was equally difficult. this seems to be a bad design. the manual makes no mention of tools you will need to remove and resecure the harness anchors. it shouldn't be this difficult to make an adjustment. *nm
