| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving at various speeds and applying the brakes the front end vibrates. when the problem first occurred at 12,000 miles the dealership resurfaced the brake rotors. the problem reoccurred at 19,000 miles and again the dealer resurfaced the rotors. while the vehicle was at the dealership for the brake pads, it was determined the brake rotors need to be replaced. the brake rotors were not replaced. |
