| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated the vehicle will not go into reverse. after several attempts it will go into reverse but when it jerks and lurches forward. in march of 2005 the vehicle was taken to the dealership where test were performed but the dealer could not duplicate the problem. the vehicle was taken back to the dealership in april of 2005 still experiencing the same type of problems. still the dealer could not duplicate the problem. in july of 2005 the vehicle was taken to a different dealership, after diagnostics test the problem was still undetermined. in december the contact received a recall letter the nhtsa campaign #05v460000 concerning the power train: automatic transmission. in december 2005 the vehicle was taken to the dealership for the recall repairs to be performed. the vehicle is still experiencing the same problems as before the recall repairs. the manufacturer has been alerted. |
