| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated there is currently no problem with the microwave, but it is not currently being used. there is a nhtsa recall, #04e031000 on the vehicle regarding the microwave. the manufacturer was contacted over a year ago and was supposed to send someone to repair the oven, but after one year this didn't happen. the contact received a second notice and a repairman was scheduled to complete the repair. after the appointment was made, the contact was then informed it would be their responsibility to remove the microwave from the rv before the repairs would be completed. no further contact has been made with the manufacturer. |
