| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while traveling 75 mph the vehicle swerved to the right and then over corrected. the vehicle went into a ditch, then flipped several times however, the airbags did not deploy. seat belts were in use and injuries were sustained. the vehicle was towed first to a wrecker service then it was taken to an insurance company. no inspection as to why the air bags did not deploy. the manufacturer has not been alerted. updated 04/06/06. *jb |
