| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased my 2001 chrysler voyager in august of 2001, by september i had it back to chrysler because the airbag light was on. they fixed it (clockspring) after 3 months, problem re-occurred. i have been involved in 2 accidents in this car, the airbags never deployed. the airbag light has been serviced by chrysler 3 times, it is still on to this day. i know that the airbags will not deploy when the light is on, and that previous years models were recalled. i have contacted chrysler corporate, to no avail, as a matter of fact, the person i spoke to "blacklisted" me and told me not to call back, that she put my name down in the records and hung up on me. i have 3 kids and i feel like i am jeopardizing all of us because of incompetence and neglect on the part of chrysler. *jb |
