| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Safety 1st/cosco apex seat. this seat will have a high incidence of misuse due to the fact it must have a head rest behind the seat. how does this seat pass testing since testing is done on a bench seat without a head rest? this is a report on the apex-model #22-530-fsm. this is not an option in your drop downs. this seat needs to be recalled and refunds issued to parents so they can purchase a seat that is compatible. only after purchase and reading the manual (if a parent were to read the manual) would you know that it isn't compatible. *jb |
