| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated the rear brake lights are defective. the lights have failed three times. there is an nhtsa recall, #04v527000 concerning the exterior lighting; brake lights however the recall did not correct the problem. the first time the dealer replaced the whole unit. the unit melted and was replaced again. the lights have gone out a third time and the vehicle is now at the dealership and they would not offer a third repair without charge under the recall. |
