| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dublin nissan service department will not repair a recall issue on my vehicle. this nissan dealer was to comply with a recall notice to remove my front passenger seat and ship it to a facility which would modify the occupant detection system and then return the seat. this was to be a free service. because the vehicle was installed with after-market leather, to complete the recall service, the after-market leather needs to be replaced with standard leather but dublin nissan service refuses to comply with the recall. this makes my vehicle unsafe to drive. *jb |
