Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2005 dodge caravan that i bought new from foster motors, a dodge dealer from middlebury, vt. this winter, the air bag warning light came on and stayed on. i took the car to the dealer and they replaced front air bag sensors that had rusted. they did this under warranty and i did not have to pay. i thought it was very odd seeing how the car is about a year old. i have never had any problem with any air bag of any vehicle i owned before. perhaps some parts made of bamboo from overseas? perhaps not because bamboo will not rust. at any rate, i see where there is an investigation of this problem. you can add mine to the list if you wish. the date of the problem is an estimate. thank you, dennis from vermont. *jb |
