| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Regarding: victor pressure indicator valve caps i understand there is a recall on various models and i would like to add an additional costly defect associated with these early models that i think customers should be aware of. after placing these valve caps on my tire stems i noticed that i was unable to remove them, so i took my vehicle into a tire store and was informed that i was the fifth person that month with this problem. seems these valves once on for approximately six months to a year become stuck and fuse with the tire stems. unfortunately, the remedy is to cut through the valve stem and replace the entire stem; obviously not an enjoyable situation and an expensive negative to these caps. i hope this concern will be passed on and maybe even save some future customers a headache or two. thank you, hope gole. *jb |
