| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while applying brake pressure at 5mph or less, there was an increased stopping distance and the abs engaged on dry pavement. although the problem persisted, the vehicle was not seen by a dealer. there is a nhtsa recall, # 05v379000, regarding the antilock brakes. the vehicle has the same problems as indicated in the recall; however it is not included in the recall due to the vin. 08/29/06 as of 8-21-06 problem still exists. 08/29/06 intermittently the anti-lock brakes come on at speeds of under 5 mph causing numerous close calls at signals in heavy traffic. basil chevrolet contacted. *tt |
