| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Installation of a dorel juvenile infant car seat using latch. after i installed the base i lifted on the front of the base and the entire base became unsecured to the vehicle. the latch was still secured to the seat however the base of the car seat was not. this happened before i placed the car seat onto the base. this base appears to need an anchor or another source to hold the base in place. *jb |
