Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2004 colorado cruise control switch and brake lights was inoperable. mechanic replaced the faulty brake switch which took care of the problem at the time. *ts ***nar*** after the above repair the consumer was notified that the brake lights had failed again. he also noticed that the cruise control has also ceased to function. the vehicle was taken back tot he dealer to be inspected. again the problem was diagnosed as a faulty brake switch. the consumer was told by one of the dealer's staff that corrosion had built up between the connector and socket for the brake switch until an electrical current failed to exist between the two. the problem recurred two more times. *nm
