Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2002 voyager rear brakes failed. consumer pulled out of parking lot and heard a loud bang, consumer then felt loss of control and braking difficulties. *ts two days later the rear brake system was rebuilt by replacing the plate - rear drum brake (2), shoe kit, cylinder, fluid and drum. the consumer request reimbursement for the rear brake system because the consumer feels that the manufacturer knew of the problem but failed to notify him. there was a service bulletin for this problem 05-003-05. *nm
