Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: We purchased an evenflo titan v carseat based on the #1 safety rating by consumer reports magazine. unfortunately, it is almost impossible to tighten and/or loosen the harness on this carseat. it takes approximately 10 minutes to fasten my 7 month old child into this carseat. i have contacted the manufacturer directly and they are rectifying the problem for me by giving me a 100% refund of my purchase price which will be good towards the purchase of any other evenflo product as long as it is purchased directly from evenflo. i am happy with the results of this problem, however i do feel there is a serious manufacturing flaw in this seat. not quite sure how it can be rated #1 by consumer reports when it is quite difficult to fasten your child into the seat. i have since purchased a graco seat which seems to be working much better. *nm
