Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tuesday, march 21st-i drove from my home to my work. (approximately 5 miles /12 minutes from our home.) i arrived to work safely. i left work at approximately 1pm. turned left onto market st. (oh.7) and plan to continue straight on market st. while approaching the market st. and midlothian blvd. intersection i had the green light and planned to continue driving straight through the intersection when suddenly the car turned a sharp right and the handicap steering wheel locked causing our van to crash into a car stopped at the red light of the intersection. i was transported by ambulance to beeghly emergency room in boardman, ohio. *nm the regular steering wheel was locked in a right position and the aevit screen came on. the error was a steering error. the regular steering wheel eventually unlocked with instruction from the installer. the consumer asked if it was unsafe or harmful to the system if the system was engaged and disengaged often for regular or adaptive use and was told no. *nm
